error message

When I try use the registry cleanup or the otimization the program doesn't work and send an error message: "External Exception EEFFACE". What is this?
Please provide the information about your operating system. And also please write whether your operating system is 32-bit or 64-buit.
Also please specify what program are you speaking about: Reg Organizer or Registry Life.
