"Error in CRC module" - problem resolved

The problem "Error in CRC module" had occured on some computers at Reg Organizer startup.
In was caused by some "aggressive" disk cleanup programs used to delete some Reg Organizer files with the ".bkp" extension. This resulted in forcing users to reinstall Reg Organizer. The extenstions of these files has been changed in version 4.23 to prevent the above situation.
