Winapp2 update in Reg Organizer: Your computer gets even cleaner
2026-07-30 (updated 5 days ago) by Chemtable Software

We are pleased to announce that a fresh version of the Winapp2 database is now available in Reg Organizer. This means that the “Community Cleanup” feature now works with an even wider set of cleaning rules for removing digital junk. And the best part is that you don’t need to reinstall the program to get this update – it will download the new database automatically.
The Winapp2 developer community continues to actively monitor how modern applications leave traces on your computer. This latest update is the result of their meticulous work. So what’s new in it?
Special attention has been given to web browsers. The database now includes cleaning rules for twelve new browsers, including Samsung Internet, UC Web Browser, Brave Origin, Genspark, and others. This means that cleanup will now be more thorough, regardless of which browser you prefer.
Rules for popular programs have also been actively updated. For example, the database for Adobe Photoshop has been significantly expanded – 61 new rules have been added to remove various caches and temporary files. Similar work has been done for Amazon Prime Video and Grammarly. In addition, new rules have been added for 7-Zip, which now cleans its logs and history more thoroughly.
The Winapp2 team has also done a great deal of work reorganizing and refining existing rules. About 17 keys have been moved between sections to make the database structure more logical and efficient. Outdated entries have been removed or merged with newer ones, making the cleanup process safer and more precise.
This update is already available in Reg Organizer. Simply launch the utility and it will download the fresh database on its own. We thank the Winapp2 community for their tireless work, which allows us to make Reg Organizer an even more powerful tool for keeping your system clean and tidy.
If you are still using a version without the “Community Cleanup” feature, now is the perfect time to update to the latest version of the utility.
