In the new version of Reg Organizer 8.60, which will be released very soon, the Applications tool has been redesigned.

On December 10, 2024, Microsoft released security updates addressing 71 vulnerabilities, including 16 critical ones. The primary focus was on closing loopholes for remote code execution.

In the new version of Reg Organizer 9.40, an additional background task has been added, which you can customize to perform scheduled system checks. You can configure it either within the utility using predefined templates (such as on computer startup, daily, every three days, and so on), or by adjusting the task in the Windows Task Scheduler, specifying your own schedule and execution conditions.

To simplify the removal of multiple unnecessary programs from your computer, we have redesigned the “Programs” tool. Now, the process of analysis and trace detection is performed only once for all programs to be removed.

We are pleased to announce the release of the new version of Reg Organizer 9.20, in which we have significantly revised the notification system and added new features for system cleanup, greatly improving the overall convenience of working with the utility. Let’s go through everything in order.

The release turned out to be quite long, because a lot of work was done. In addition to the new engine, which took most of the time to switch to, changes were made to improve usability.

That is why we decided to tackle this issue ourselves and start by speeding up the scanning process in the system cleaning mode. And you know what? We managed to do something about it.

Even though trace search works well in Reg Organizer, there is another uninstallation option that may be much more efficient. We have added it to version 8.80.

The unneeded applications removal tool in Reg Organizer is one of the main functions, which helps free up system resources by removing unused applications. This often frees up RAM as well, since certain applications often start together with the system. In the new version 8.75, we have significantly improved the uninstall tool and moved it to a higher level.
