We have released an updated version of Reg Organizer 9.94. This update, as always, is aimed at improving the convenience of everyday computer use and providing finer control over system processes.

We are pleased to announce that a fresh version of the Winapp2 database is now available in Reg Organizer. This means that the “Community Cleanup” feature now works with an even wider set of cleaning rules for removing digital junk. And the best part is that you don’t need to reinstall the program to get this update – it will download the new database automatically.

One common problem when uninstalling programs, especially complex software (device drivers, system utilities, emulators), is drivers that remain after the uninstallation. They may have no obvious connection to the main application by name or manufacturer, and traditional cleanup tools simply don’t see them.

We are announcing the release of a new version of the Reg Organizer utility, version 9.92, designed for deep system cleaning, startup management, and software removal. This release focuses on improving the reliability of forced software uninstallation, as well as expanding capabilities for working with locked registry entries in the Windows 11 operating system. The primary goal of the changes introduced is to ensure complete removal of problematic software without the need for manual intervention in system processes.

On February 10, 2026, Microsoft released its regular monthly security update package. This traditional “Patch Tuesday” brought fixes for 58 vulnerabilities, and this is one of those cases where delaying installation is extremely dangerous.

As part of the monthly “Patch Tuesday” held on October 14, 2025, Microsoft Corporation released important fixes for 172 security issues, six of which belonged to the “zero-day” vulnerability category.

In September 2025, Microsoft released security updates that fixed a total of 81 vulnerabilities in its Windows operating systems and server solutions. This update is of immense importance for all users, as many of these issues could potentially have been exploited by attackers to gain unauthorized access to computers, cause data loss, or disrupt system operation.

Recent concerns about the Windows 11 update KB5063878 causing SSD failures have been addressed by a formal investigation. Controller manufacturer Phison, whose hardware was initially suspected, has concluded extensive testing and found no evidence linking the update to widespread problems.

On August 12, 2025, Microsoft released major security updates as part of its traditional Patch Tuesday. This month, 107 vulnerabilities were fixed, including 13 critical ones and one actively exploited 0-day in Windows Kerberos.

Another small update related to displaying startup programs. This time in the list of installed applications. We’ve added a special icon that indicates an installed program launches with the system. If you click on it, you’ll be taken to the startup manager where you can disable automatic launch or delay it for some time.
